Everything Fus1onOverseer can do, and how to configure it. Fus1onOverseer is under active development - new features ship regularly.
Introduction
Fus1onOverseer is a multi-guild Discord bot providing full-featured moderation, tickets, suggestions, giveaways, and more, licensed per server and manageable both from Discord slash commands and this web control panel. Every setting has a command AND a dashboard equivalent - use whichever is faster for the task at hand.
Getting Started
1. Invite the bot
Run /invite in any server, or sign in and use the "Add Bot to a Server" button on your dashboard (shown once you have a license with room for another server). You need Manage Server permission on the target server to add the bot.
2. Activate a license
Purchase a license from Pricing. Every command except /ping, /help, /invite, /status, /activate, and /license-info requires an active license - unlicensed servers get a 7-day grace period before the bot automatically leaves.
3. Configure moderation, automod, and tickets
Use the relevant slash commands, or the matching pages in the dashboard - see the sections below for full detail.
Licensing & Billing
Tiers
All three tiers include the full feature set - moderation, automod, tickets, panel roles, and either Discord or Fus1on Studios login. What changes per tier is server count, a handful of limits (panel roles, banned words, ticket categories), and a set of higher-end features. Pro adds auto ticket-priority detection, suggestions, giveaways, member suspension, self-role panels, public analytics, temp-bans, and ticket canned responses. Unlimited adds everything in Pro plus message translation, bot announcements, raid/anti-alt protection, and advanced giveaway options (scheduled start, auto-repeat, bonus entries). See the full breakdown on the Pricing page's comparison table.
Activating a server
Run /activate <key> in the server you want to license, or paste the key into that server's Billing page in the dashboard. One key can license multiple servers up to its tier's limit - deactivate a server with /deactivate or the Billing page to free a slot for another server.
Managing your subscription
The Billing page (Owner or the paying customer only) shows your tier, servers used, and expiry, and links to Stripe's billing portal to update payment methods or cancel. You can also change tier directly from that page - it's applied immediately with prorated billing, no need to contact support. Downgrading is blocked if this server's license already has more activated servers than the new tier allows; deactivate enough servers first.
Transferring a license
Lifetime (non-expiring) licenses can be handed off to a different Discord account entirely from the Billing page - only the current paying customer can do this, and it takes effect immediately. Subscription licenses can't be transferred, since they're tied to a specific Stripe payment method.
Data & Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for what's collected and how long it's kept - in short, your data is retained for as long as your license stays active plus a reasonable window afterward, or until you request deletion.
Moderation
Core actions - /warn, /kick, /ban, /timeout, /unban, /suspend - each create a permanent, numbered case with the moderator, target, reason, and (for timeouts) duration. Look up history with /cases <user> or a specific case with /case-info <id>, or browse the full log in the dashboard's Case Log page.
Purge
/purge <amount> [user] bulk-deletes up to 100 recent messages in the current channel, optionally filtered to one user. Requires Manage Messages. Messages older than 14 days can't be bulk-deleted (a Discord API limit).
Suspension (Pro+)
/suspend <user> strips every role from the member (or swaps them to a single configured "suspended" role, if you've set one) and immediately revokes any dashboard access they had. /unsuspend restores their exact previous roles - dashboard access is not restored automatically and must be re-granted from Roles & Access if still wanted.
Mod-log channel
Set one with /moderation-settings (or the Moderation dashboard page) and every action - manual or automod - posts there as a rich embed. Members can also be DMed automatically when action is taken against them; this is toggleable in the same place.
Automod
Four independent checks, each with its own enable toggle and action (delete only, delete + warn, or delete + 10-minute timeout). Staff with Manage Messages are always exempt. Configure via /automod or the Automod dashboard page. The banned-word list size, along with panel role count and ticket category count, scales with your license tier.
Anti-Spam
Flags a member sending more than a configurable number of messages within a configurable time window.
Invite Filter
Deletes unauthorized Discord invite links; specific invite codes can be allow-listed.
Word Filter
Deletes messages containing any banned word or phrase from a configurable list.
Mass Mention
Flags messages that mention more than a configurable number of users/roles at once.
Raid / Anti-Alt Protection (Unlimited)
Detects a burst of joins within a configurable window and, optionally, filters that down to accounts newer than a minimum age - avoiding false positives on real traffic spikes. Configurable to kick, ban, or quarantine (apply a role instead of removing them) the accounts that trip it. Dashboard-only - configure it from the Automod page, there's no slash command for this check.
Ignored channels & roles
/automod ignore exempts a channel or a role from every check above at once - useful for a bot-log channel or a trusted staff role that should never get flagged.
Tickets
Categories & the panel
Create categories with /ticket-category add (staff role, Discord category channel, welcome message, per-user open-ticket limit, and up to 5 questions asked via a form before the ticket is created), then post the panel with /ticket-panel - one button per category. The number of categories allowed scales with your license tier. Block a specific member from opening tickets in a category with /ticket-category block (or the Tickets dashboard page); unblock reverses it.
Priority
On Pro and Unlimited, new tickets are auto-classified (Low/Medium/High/Urgent) from the submitted answers using keyword lists you can customize per level with /ticket-settings or the Tickets dashboard page (falls back to a sensible default list if you haven't set your own); Starter tickets default to Low with no auto-detection. Staff can always override manually with /ticket-priority regardless of tier. The ticket opener can challenge an auto-detected priority they disagree with - this pings staff for review rather than changing it directly.
Claiming & assignment
Staff claim a ticket via the Claim button (one primary owner) or get added as helpers with /ticket-assign assign (multiple allowed). The opener is DMed for claims, assignments, and unassignments.
Closing, transcripts & reviews
Closing (button or /ticket-close) always requires a reason, generates an HTML transcript, and posts a download link to the transcript log channel, the ticket channel, and the opener's DMs. The closing summary also lists total messages and every unique contributor. If a review channel is configured, the opener is also prompted to rate their experience 1-5 with an optional comment, posted publicly.
Canned Responses (Pro+)
Build a per-server library of reusable replies with /ticket-macro add, then post one into the current ticket with /ticket-macro use <key> - handy for anything staff type often (refund policy, next steps, closing notes).
Inactivity handling
Two-stage by default: after a configurable number of hours with no activity, a warning pings the opener (in-channel and via DM) with an "I'm still here" button; after a further configurable window with still no activity, the ticket auto-closes. Staff can reset the timer manually with /ticket-reset-timer, or fully exempt a ticket with /ticket-inactivity-bypass.
Operating hours
Optionally configure business hours (timezone, days, start/end hour); tickets opened outside that window get a heads-up message about delayed response times.
Transcript search
The Tickets dashboard page includes a full-text search box over every closed ticket's transcript - find a past conversation without remembering which ticket number it was. Available on every plan.
Suggestions (Pro+)
Any member can run /suggest <idea> to post a suggestion to a configured channel, where every member can vote 👍 or 👎 (voting the same direction again retracts it; voting the other way switches it). Suggestions auto-accept or auto-decline once they hit a configurable vote threshold - set the channel and thresholds with /suggestion-settings. Server admins can bypass the vote entirely and Accept/Decline directly from the buttons on the post. The original author is DMed whenever their suggestion's status changes, whichever way it was decided.
Giveaways (Pro+)
/giveaway start <prize> <duration> <channel> [winners] [min_invites] [min_messages] posts a giveaway with an Enter button; anyone can join or leave any time before it ends. Winners are picked automatically once the timer expires (checked every minute), or immediately with /giveaway end <id>. Not happy with the result? /giveaway reroll <id> picks a fresh winner from the same entrant pool.
Optionally gate entry behind min_invites (valid invites - invitees who are still in the server) and/or min_messages (messages sent in the server). Members who don't meet the requirement get an ephemeral explanation when they click Enter instead of being added.
Unlimited adds three more options: starts_in delays the post itself to a future time instead of going live immediately; repeat_every automatically recreates the giveaway with the same settings on that interval after each one ends; and bonus_role + bonus_entries give members holding that role extra weighted chances to win.
Auto Role & Self Role
Auto Role (every plan)
Configure one or more roles to automatically apply to every new member on join with /autorole add <role> (and remove/toggle/list to manage it). Useful for a default "Member" role, muted-by-default setups, or an unverified role your other automation promotes members out of.
Self Role (Pro+)
/selfrole-panel create posts a customizable embed with buttons members click to give or remove themselves a role - no admin involvement needed. Add roles to a panel with /selfrole-panel add-role (custom label and emoji per button); a panel supports up to 25 roles.
Welcome & Goodbye
Configure a welcome channel and message (with a {user} placeholder) from the Settings dashboard page. When posted as an embed, it automatically includes the new member's avatar as the thumbnail, who invited them (resolved from the server's invite links), and which number member they are (e.g. "Member #247").
The goodbye message - always posted as an embed when enabled - shows the same "Member #" and "Invited By" details from when that person originally joined, so you can see who brought them in even after they've left.
Invite tracking only counts a "valid" invite while the invitee is still in the server - this is also what powers invite-gated giveaway entry requirements (see Giveaways above).
Announcements & Translation
Announcements (Unlimited)
/announce <channel> <title> <message> [ping_role] [color] posts as the bot itself, with an optional role ping and custom embed color. Discord's command text fields are single-line, so type \n anywhere in the message you want a line break - it's converted to a real one before posting.
Translation (Unlimited)
Right-click any message → Apps → Translate to English to translate it instantly. This is a message context-menu action rather than a typed command, since Discord doesn't expose "the message you're replying to" to slash commands.
Public Analytics (Pro+)
Live stats embed
An auto-updating stats embed you can post in any channel, refreshed every 24 hours (editing the same message in place, not reposting). Shows this server's open/total ticket counts and suggestion breakdown, plus - on every server that enables it - the platform-wide bug tracker and website support-ticket stats. Configure with /analytics-settings or the Settings dashboard page.
Historical charts
The dashboard's Analytics page charts tickets and suggestions over time (one snapshot per day, 90 days of history) rather than just the current live totals from the embed above - useful for spotting trends the stats embed alone can't show.
Bot Status
Run /status in any server to check Fus1onOverseer's current platform-wide status (Operational, Updating, Degraded Performance, Maintenance, or Outage) and a custom message - set by us, not per-server, from the platform admin dashboard. The same status is also visible publicly at /status, without needing to be signed in or in a server.
Website Support & Bug Tracker
Signed-in users get access to a support ticket inbox at fus1on.host/dashboard/support - response priority is based on your highest active license tier (Starter: standard, Pro: high, Unlimited: priority).
The /dashboard/bugs tracker is visible to every signed-in user, not just the reporter - so you can check whether something's already a known issue (with a workaround) before filing a duplicate. Reported bugs also sync live to a public Discord channel: a new bug posts a message, and any status/priority/workaround change edits that same message in place.
Beta Tester Program
Apply at /dashboard/beta while signed in, answering a few short questions. Applications are reviewed manually - once approved, you get three free lifetime license keys, one per tier, so you can test the full range of plan-gated features rather than just whichever one you'd normally buy. Only one key is active at a time; toggle between tiers from the same page whenever you want to test a different plan.
In exchange, testers are expected to actually exercise new and existing features across all three tiers and report anything broken via the Bug Tracker - it's not just a free key.
Reseller Program
Apply at fus1on.host/dashboard/reseller while signed in. Once approved, you buy license keys wholesale at your approved discount (a one-time payment, not a subscription) and hand them off to your own customers however you like - your pricing, your bundling, your customer relationship. Every 5 keys ordered beyond your tier's minimum adds another 15% off the whole order (e.g. 5 over the minimum = +15%, 10 over = +30%), up to a combined cap.
The one rule: you can't resell a key for less than our current public price for that plan (subscriptions included) - see Pricing for the current numbers.
Web Control Panel
Signing in
Every dashboard account needs both a Fus1on Studios (fus1on.host) login and a linked Discord account - sign up or sign in with Fus1on Studios first (it creates an account automatically the first time), then link Discord from your Account page. A server's Owner can restrict that server's panel to Discord-only or Fus1on-Studios-only login from Roles & Access (the Owner is always exempt from their own restriction, so they can never lock themselves out).
Owner vs. Billing
The Owner is always the actual Discord server owner - they get full access to every page, including Roles & Access. Billing access belongs to whoever is actually paying for the license (the Stripe customer), which may be a different person than the Owner.
Roles & Access
Owner-only. Create custom panel roles (Moderation / Automod / Tickets / Settings, any combination) and grant them to specific Discord members via a searchable member picker - independent of that member's actual Discord permissions, so someone without Manage Server can still get panel access to exactly the sections you choose. The number of custom roles allowed scales with your license tier.
Support Key
Every server gets a Support Key on its Settings page, rotating automatically every 24 hours. If you need direct help troubleshooting, give it to us - it's how our support team gets temporary, time-limited access to your dashboard rather than standing access to every customer's server.
Dashboard pages
Overview (activity chart + stats), Moderation, Automod, Tickets (categories + settings + transcript history), Case Log (filterable, paginated), Suggestions, Giveaways, Self Roles, Analytics, Settings (branding, welcome/goodbye, auto-role, suggestions, analytics, support key), Roles & Access, and Billing - each gated by the capabilities above.
Search
Every guild dashboard page has a search box in its header that looks across mod cases, tickets, and suggestions at once - jump straight to the result instead of hunting through each page. Available on every plan.
